We served in the House together, and more recently in the Senate. I've never known a finer person, more reliable, steady,

able legislator and a great citizen and a wonderfully good friend in good fun. I think he's a wonderful member of the Senate

and I know that he represents the state of Delaware with an extraordinary fitness. He is, I think, made for

the job and I would just guess if I had to and... For a betting man, I would bet he's gonna be here for a long while and that's good.
