Joe McDonough, is standing for election to the Levy Court on November 2nd, and I'd consider it a personal

favor to me if you would give Joe every consideration in his campaign. We all remember Joe's quiet and efficient administration

while he was Mayor of Dover. I believe his goals as Levy Court Commissioner will be in the best interests of all
